Dental Membership Plans at BDS
At BDS, we offer three membership plans: Adult, Child, and Perio. The costs for all three of these membership plans are paid directly to our office, meaning there are no claims to be filed or unexpected payments due to outside healthcare providers. Additionally, you will receive a 20% off on other treatments that are identified by your provider.
To learn more about what is included in each membership plan, here are the details of each plan:
- Adult Membership (13 and older) plan is recommended for adult patients in good dental health with no signs of periodontal disease.
- Child Membership plan ensures that your child gets the maintenance and preventive care they need to maintain a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums.
- The BDS Perio Membership is recommended for patients who are already receiving periodontal maintenance care due to prior treatment of periodontal disease. This plan costs $52 per month with a one-time activation fee of $50.
